Catamaran Lunch and Snorkeling Cruise

We set sail at 10:00am. Stop for a swim and snorkel with the sea turtles. Stop again in a tranquil bay for a delicious buffet lunch served on board. On our third stop snorkel over a shipwreck, home to many tropical fish. We will sit back, relax, sway to the music and enjoy one last rum punch before returning to the dock at 3:00pm.

For a day of fun and frolic, we will enjoy a full day tour discovering the many secrets and hidden bays that are inaccessible to regular transport. Our day is started with a guided, casual 'eco-nature walk' of Welchman Hall Gull where there is the possibility of observing the Barbados Green Monkey playing in their natural environment. A visit to the remote Chalky Mount Village for a pottery demonstration by one of our local potters will leave us in awe of this age-old art form. Our adventure continues to the rugged East Coast for breath taking views of miles of beach front coastline before having a stop and stare moment in Bathsheba to observe the natural rock formations such as the 'mushroom' rock and other natural phenomenons. After being refreshed, we travel more South East to St. John's Parish Church for history and culture poised in the rich influence of the Churches of Barbados - NOT to be missed as many other secrets can be discovered in this historic Church yard. A delicious Bajan Buffet lunch will be served in a unique and unspoilt setting of the historic Sunbury Great House, taking us away from the regular hustle and bustle of commercial Barbados.

First, take the Signature Rum Tour... then on to the Bar to tarry and discover another unforgettable experience. Our taste buds will be tempted and tantalized as we are taught the secrets of Exotic Cocktail "Mixology" by the Master Barman. We will learn to do the "Loco Motion", the "Tropical Mojo", the "Masquerader" or other mixes, all made to perfection using the world's finest spirits. Then "turn it up a notch" for more friendly rivalry and camaraderie as we award prizes to the most delicious concoctions. Not surprisingly, in this entertaining and enlightening encounter, the highlight of the show is sampling these appetising creations.

Oistins is an active fishing town on the south coast and is a hub of activity on weekend nights. On Friday night particularly, the big thing to do is go to the fish fry at Oistins Bay Gardens. The food is the main draw - excellent fish, (tuna, swordfish, marlin, mahi-mahi, flying fish) served in an extremely informal setting. You can get your fish grilled or fried depending on which vendor you choose from. It's all cooked on the spot in front of you.
